1. Place a certification order<\/h2>\n

If you are interested in a GreenSign Hotel<\/strong> certification, please submit the completed order form. Afterwards you will receive all the information and access to the certification tool. We are also happy to clarify any open questions by phone or video call.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Log in to the GreenSign tool & self-evaluation<\/h2>\n
After registering in the certification tool, your company will carry out its own self-evaluation. All questions in the online tool will be answered within around 4 weeks. To complete the tool, it is advisable to look at the marked mandatory criteria beforehand, which you must provide evidence of by the time of the audit at the latest, and to look for the relevant documents.<\/div>\n

3. Audit and award with GreenSign<\/h2>\n
All companies then undergo an on-site inspection in the form of an audit. The auditor requests the mandatory documents and various forms of evidence.
\nOnce the audit has been completed, the company’s sustainability performance is presented transparently, both overall and in the individual core areas, based on the degree of conformity. The degree of conformity ranges from a minimum of 50% to a maximum of 100%.<\/div>\n
