"Sustainability is the the solution for the 21st century. This term permeates almost all branches of industry and products, from food to cosmetics to automobiles and tourism.

The concept of sustainability has been a model for political, social, economic and ecological action for many years. No nation can achieve this alone, while together we can succeed in promoting sustainable development in a global partnership. Every effort counts!"

"Sustainability and long-term thinking are decisive success factors for a company. Act consciously and sustainably today in order to be successful tomorrow. I support companies, regions and destinations with my team.

With our offers, such as a sustainability analysis for destinations or sustainability certification for holiday properties, I want to preserve and promote the basis of tourism, our nature and the environment."

"Thinking today about the trends and innovations of tomorrow and developing ideas for them is essential for the development of a hotel in the long term. Integrating sustainable processes and products into daily practice is becoming increasingly important.

Anyone can start with small steps in the company: energy-saving lamps, the responsible handling of food, resource-saving consumption of water, savings in paper printing and much more help to develop a more sustainable awareness in your own hotel."

"We must continue to sharpen our awareness of sustainable processes. This is a future-oriented challenge for the hotel industry to take up its ecological and social commitment, to push it forward and to enter into an active dialogue with stakeholders.

The active conservation of resources with mobility and without sacrificing comfort for the customer is one of the central issues. For me, it is a personal concern to support and advise InfraCert."

"We have to find a balance between biological wealth and our personal development. We can only resolve this tension by working together and across disciplines. The leisure industry in particular intervenes in our ecosystems; Here we find a great lever to protect our nature sustainably without experiencing financial losses.

GreenSign is an important initiator to make environmental protection and sustainability in the hotel business understandable and feasible. I support this initiative from the bottom of my heart."

The Lüneburg graphic designer has been campaigning for more sustainability in the catering industry with the non-profit initiative Greentable since 2014. The association wants sustainable development to become an integral part of the German-speaking out-of-home market. Why? “Because we are convinced that the future of gastronomy lies in sustainability - ecologically, economically and, last but not least, in“ more enjoyment ”for the guest. Because greener tastes better! "

Tritsch initiates numerous projects, such as the “Day of Sustainable Gastronomy” or the “Enjoy without rest” initiative.
